+ How is our order confirmation process?

Falcon Machine Sales Consultant prepares your order confirmation form for the products you want to order from our company. The order confirmation form is sent via E-mail or Whatsapp to receive your signature and stamp confirmation. The original order confirmation form is in two copies and one copy is sent to you by cargo. In the content of the form, the seller and the buyer write down all details such as information, product code, type, description, amount, price and amount, form of payment, bank account information, form of shipment and date. If the order confirmation form is approved by mutual signature and stamp, it is a sales contract.

+ What are our payment methods?

1- Payment in advance by Bank channel. The total amount of the purchased products will be written in the order confirmation form.The payments should be transferred to the official bank account of the company. 2-Credit card mail orders with mail order form which to be signed by the buyers. There is no commission in one shot for contracted credit cards. In installment transactions, commission rate of the contracted bank is applied according to the number of installments. Non-contracted bank credit cards are also made without a commission. You can install single order mail order transactions that you apply to non-contracted bank cards from your own bank. Check, promissory note, open account installment etc. alternative forms of payment do not apply.

+ What is our shipment process?

Your orders to be delivered to the forwarding agent immediately upon your order and payment confirmation. Orders that do not reach the cargo / forwarder reception hours are shipped the next day.

+ How is the transportation of the products and the process of arrival to your address?

The products you order are delivered to your address by contracted cargo, warehouse or transportation. Depending on the preferences of our customers, we provide the confirmation and shipping to different regions with different logistics companies in Turkey. Transport time varies by region, distance, city center, districts and transportation companies. For example; The delivery time can be 2-3 working days or 4-5 working days depending on the distance, adverse weather conditions, distance to the center or the conditions of the transport company, while delivery to the central and nearby areas is 1 business day. When the products reach your address, they are downloaded from the vehicle and replaced by our customers.

+ What is the installation and technical support process?

Our products are sent to your address in disassembled form. Products reaching the work place are firstly lowered from the pallet to the place where they will be mounted. After the hose is connected and energized, the doweling of the products starts. Standard steel dowels are sent for ground connection. Before mounting the steel dowels, make sure that the holes to be opened to the floor are thoroughly cleaned by holding compressed air. Then the installation of the dowels should be ensured. The use of epoxy chemicals during the application of steel dowels is recommended by our company. Once the dowel has been completed, you can start using the product. In this process, we provide all the technical information you need with our technicians online.

+ What is our warranty process and post-warranty services?

The product is covered by 1 year warranty against manufacturing and material defects from the date of shipment. The product has spare parts and service assurance for a period of 5 years starting from the shipment date.

+ What is our after-sales service?

Our company delivery to all parts of Turkey, installation, training, spare parts delivery, provide warranty and post-warranty service facilities. During the warranty period, our service method and response time vary according to the shape of the fault and the region. Our company is based on working with minimum service waiting time by taking into consideration the possible grievances of our customers. Spare parts for your after-sales service without waiting for your request immediately meet. We usually send spare parts by cargo and warehouse. There is no delivery of spare parts by bus company.
